Am I on the Right Track?
Hi, I am new to MFP and have been logging in everything religiously. I do boot camp 4 days per week and try to jog/power walk on my off days. I am 5'6" at 182 lbs and my goal is 135-140. Could anyone take a look at my info and let me know if there is something that I am doing wrong/right? Thanks!

A little confused about my BMR
I am 5'6", weigh 180, and have a BMR of around 1600. I have been burning roughly 3500 calories per week on average. I have my caloric intake set on 1500. Does that sound right? I only lowered by intake by 100 so I was just a little confused.
