Can you carry calories over from day to day?
Sorry if this question has been done to death, but I only joined yesterday! I had loads of cals over yesterday due to exercising and getting up too late for lunch (!), but I'm a bit short today - can I carry them over? If not, I'd better go to bed now! :wink: Lindsay
