HRM..Does this seem correct?
Okay, so i went for a 44 minute trail run today and my HRM told me I burned 1143. This seems like A LOT. MFP gave me 624. I could see if the two figures were off by a couple hundred, but nearly double? snack bars: protein v. fiber
i've been looking for that perfect snack bar to keep in my glove box, gym bag, etc. for when i need a snack between meals. Is it better to go for high fiber or high protein to stay satisfied?

Mother's day brunch sabotage!
Hands down, the hardest part of controlling my eating are family events, for example, Mothers Day brunch. It doesn't even have to be a holiday. Just a Sunday dinner at Mom's house with my sisters and nephews, and I'm suckin' down the calories. What are your strategies to contend with family/event eating?
