How does everyone feel about using Walden Farms no sugar, no calorie, no fat products? I think it's great for sauces, but are there any negatives I should be aware of?

I don't mind working out, but it makes me hungry!!
Of course working out should make you hungry, but I feel like I could eat for days!! Any tips on what I could eat before hand or even after to help with those cravings? I am only trying to loose about 15 lbs and to be in shape, no bulking up or anything. Thanks :)
