Ok so I'm 5'10 and I weigh 203 lbs and my BMR is calculated as 1,750. My recommended calorie intake a day is 1200, and my calories burned is between 500 and 1000 a day. I eat at least 1200 calories a day, or more depending on the amount I have exercised that day. I never eat back all of my calories burned from exercise…

I was wondering if you were supposed to use all of the calories that they give you, even the additional ones that you get from exercising. I'm not seeing any changes and I was wondering if it was because I doing something wrong.
