  • wow really people if I wanted sarcastic and unhelpful answers I would have asked my 2 year old niece. I was looking for some help, incase someone on here actually used it. Thank you to those of you who were actually trying to help.
  • I have been eating my 1200 calories everyday and exercising, I havent been logging onto here because I just moved and started school and a new job. I have continued to lose a couple of lbs so I think I'm doing ok, again was just looking for a little extra boost.

  • That is the way this site works yes, but there is some debate on whether or no you should eat back all of your calories burned. To stay healthy though you should at minimum be eating 1200 calories a day.
  • I eat some of my calories back from exercise but not all of them and it seems to work for me, that is when I actually log my food and exercise. :smile:

  • Are you eating enough and drinking enough water? If you dont get enough food and water you body can get sleepy as a way to telling you it needs more fuel.

  • You can add it to your exercise, which is what I do. I have a heart monitor to get my calories burned then you just enter that and it will be on your exercise log and you can just adjust the calories every time you do it.

  • I agree, I think we have all been there. I just tell myself that if that guy yelling at me needed to say that to make himself feel better or cool, then I feel sorry for him. :sad: I'm doing this for me and my loved ones and not for anyone else, so keep walking and keep your head up :smile:

  • I have never really cooked it with a recipe but it can be substituted in for meat in pretty much any recipe. I usually cook it with low sodium soy sauce, ginger and garlic and serve it over rice with vegetables.   • I do my cardio first then my strength training so my heart rate is up through out all of my work out. I think it should be added but I have no idea how many calories to add, so I guess I will just think of that as a bonus or me doing better than I need to :smile:

  • Over the last 6 months I have lost 25 lbs and I too have seemed to plateau, so I decided to join this site in hopes of getting new ideas and motivation. My goal is to lose another 25 lbs by August.:smile:

  • If your local High School has a pool see if they have pubic swim times. The High School near by has public swimming for $2, so I swim on Saturday and Sundays. :smile:
