New and motivated

Hi all! I'm new to the site. Signed up on my phone and this is so great! 1st two days have gone well. I've been working out since January and trying to watch what I eat. I'm down 20 lbs since then but have hit a plateau. My husband is down 40+ lbs and I get pretty frustrated. I think this will help get me to the next step. Help me stay motivated and focused! I need your help!

    Welcome! I'm newish to the site too and love it. Great job on the 20 down so far, you can totally do the rest. I understand the hubby frustration: Love him, but I wish I dropped weight as fast as he does! :laugh:

    Welcome and congratulations and remember most men tend to lose weight faster then us women. Just doesnt seem fair does. Anyway I am sure you will do great keep up the good work!

    Over the last 6 months I have lost 25 lbs and I too have seemed to plateau, so I decided to join this site in hopes of getting new ideas and motivation. My goal is to lose another 25 lbs by August.:smile:
