I'm trying to get a feel for it. I know it's not good for you in many aspects (joint problems, etc.) I know it's very hard on your body. I feel as though my heart rate elevates rapidly and stay pretty high throughout my workouts. My heart rate ranges from 160-190 but mostly stays at 180. I've heard for fat loss your heart rate is suppose to range from 120-150. I'm not sure if my heart rate is safe to maintain. Any insight? Happy workouts! :smile:
