Crossfit anyone?

I'm trying to get a feel for it. I know it's not good for you in many aspects (joint problems, etc.) I know it's very hard on your body. But I need something very disciplined rather than just going to the gym on my own. Opinions? Ideas? Encouragement?

I'm open for all answers! I just want to know if this is the right move.
