I went on the treadmill for 30 mins this morning at 6.30 - 7.00 and was wondering if I had a large lunch 4 hours later (around now) does the weight just go back on? How long should you leave it? Thanks in advance
I started up on MFP a few days ago and according to the website i should be eating 1280 calories a day.. before i go on, can I ask isn't this a bit low?
