Help...I need to lower my Cholesterol
I just got word yesterday from my doctor that I need to lower my cholesterol. If I don't get it down in 3 months then I will be put on meds. I am too young to be put on meds, and this is something that I can control. I am asking if anyone has any recommendations for meals or snacks that I may use? Thanks in advance.
