Other than chicken and fish, are there any other types of lean meat that I can buy?

Extra lean ground beef (96/4) is great...lower in calories, fat, and cholesterol. I always buy extra lean ground beef...I'm not a fan of using turkey in place of it, especially since when I was comparing numbers, the extra lean ground beef was lower than the ground turkey. I know that this is because the ground turkey is meat from the entire bird and not just the very lean breast meat. And I'm sure that they do make lean ground turkey as well, I just like to have some beef every now and then. =)

Also, try things like chicken (or turkey) sausages. Al Fresco Chicken Sausages are delicious...low in calories and fat.

I am not sure. We eat mostly wild meat, but we hunt and I am not sure where you can buy it. You can get it from specialty stores, but it is SO expensive.
