I have lost half a stone and am now ready to start definining - I mean, I have another 25lbs to go, but I understand weight training will help that loss along and make me smaller, right? Screwed up
Had a good 5 days. Screwed up last night. Extra bread. Loads of wine. Dessert. Chocolate. I know I hve to keep going, just saying that it feels crap knowing I could have done better. Really crap. Today was supposed to be my weigh-in but I don't want to because of last night. :-(

Female body fat
Hi Jamie Eason had a pre pregnancy body fat percentage of 13%. IMO she has an amazing body and is total motivation for me. I, on the other hand have a body fat percentage of 25%. Is it just through calorie control and exercise that this will change or should I be eating specific foods I.e. Low fat/high protein etc. Sorry…
