My results from 30DS
I am happy with the results. I feel a lot toner, and more excited to do more exercises. I did the 30day shred straight for 30 days. I did add some cardio, like swimming, stationary bike, walking, but not too much. I ate a 1200 calorie diet. My pics are in my profile, please look I would like some (nice) comments I worked…

Modifications for the 30 day shred
I see it all the time and even wanted to quit myself at one point. My darn knees started to hurt. So I came up with my own modifications that worked for me. Ripped in 30
I justed finished the 30DS :drinker: and I want to do the Rippedin 30. I read it is not as hard on your knees as the shred is. Also doing the couch to 5k.Who wants to join me?! Wecan start this weekend or next week! LOL I wouldn't mind a small break from Jillan before she kicks my butt again:blushing:

ok i am confused about
So i've always heard/told to lose weight to eat 500 calories less a day. But i've noticed when I workout, burning 400 plus calories a day my food diary lets me know I have so much left over to eat. OKAY, so what do I need to do, to lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week???please help! I'm new to this site, but not new to working out.

C-sections Mamas like me
So i've had 2 c sections. I know its hard to get my abs back, but any moms out there who've had c sections find it hard to rid the tummy?? Any tips...I'm not expecting a 6 pack, but at least making it tone, and focus on shedding that part of the fat away..thanks ladies
