Food Calories vs. Calories Burned
I don't remember, but what is the rule of thumb if I take in 1200 calories a day and exercise? Can I eat the remaing calories that I burned off during exercise, or not? Is there a way to add calories burned into my daily log and not have it show that I have more calories that I can consume than I really need?
Woman in 40's looking for other women my age to gain support
HI Ladies, I am new to this and looking for women of the same age so I can get motivation. I want to know what has worked for you, based on your height and age, and what hasn't worked. All of this is a little confusing to me but I am determined to stay healthy and learn as much as I can. -Debbie :)
