I really love Morrisons Frozen steam and serve golden veg rice, but I'm not sure if its good fr me! It comes in at 236 calories, 3grams Fat and 43g carbs! I don't eat any other carbs throughout the day at the moment because I've given up bread for Lent. Am I going to loose weight by eating this rice, or should I change?…
Im a student and nearly finished my degree so just eating on a grab and go basis at the moment which means its generally junk food. I go on holiday in 6 weeks and would just like to lose a little weight before then. Any advise for me please? would be greatful of anything xxx
