Frozen golden vegetable rice?

I really love Morrisons Frozen steam and serve golden veg rice, but I'm not sure if its good fr me! It comes in at 236 calories, 3grams Fat and 43g carbs! I don't eat any other carbs throughout the day at the moment because I've given up bread for Lent. Am I going to loose weight by eating this rice, or should I change?
I'm finding quick evening meals quite difficult and this is easy and tasty.

Any help is really appreciate!
