Hi every time I work out I have this insane pain in my legs I think it's shin splints but I don't know. Last time it hurt so bad I could barely walk. I'm not sure what to do I love running so much. It starts at my shins then my knees and then the back of my leg. Please help!!
So I was wondering who else is doing this workout! It is such a good workout I have lost 5 pounds so far on it and I love it!!
