Am I not eating enough?
I just started my diet 3 days ago and I want to lose 1.5 pounds a week. I weigh a lot and My Fitness Pal says I can eat 2270 calories a day to lose weight with no exercise. Well today I ate 1913 calories and worked out and lost 431 calorie, so my net for today is 1484. Am I not eating enough? I'm desperate to lose weight.
