Too many calories?
Hi all, I am starting to try to lose weight. My goal is to go from 175 to at most 160 by June (so 6 ish weeks) if I can. I just started the 30 Day Shred. This site's saying I should shoot for 1600 cals (pre exercise cals). I'm wondering if that's too much. I plan to do 30DS 6 days a week and other than chasing kids, that's…
