Hummmm was doing big spring clean today and then was out for the afternoon so ended up having late breakfast and no lunch now with my walk I have 700 calories left but I'm already over on my fat for the day any suggestions what I should eat???

Confused??
On my food diary the is a line for "sodium" and my daily allowance is 2500 which I have never been anywhere near, I thought sodium is salt in which case is 2500 not way to high??

Party Food
Having a party on Saturday for my sons communion it will be all niddles and finger food and BBQ stuff which is so tasty and has no portion control any suggestion how I can try not to go to mad??
