New Goals??

I only had about 15lb to lose and it took me about 8 weeks I was really good and cut out all the junk during this time. I'm still calories counting but I notice I'm giving in to temptation much easier the last 2 weeks. Today for example met friends for coffee knew I was going to the cinema tonight (some more junk temptation) and I had not 1 but 2 slices of cake!!! During my weight loss I would have said "no" with no problem but now I'm at my goal its harder?? If I keep it up I am going to ruin all my hard work so how do I keep myself motivated what type of news goals can I set??

    Sounds like you're doing awesome and you could be a tad hard on yourself, just like everyone else.
    Kudos for recognizing that you indulged. Most people eat a ton of junk without even a thought.
    Kudos for recognizing that your movie night will present temptations in itself; again most people think its traditional to eat and drink junk food that's incredibly marked-up in price, more so than the admission ticket. (Personally, I like to meet friends before/after the movie at a restaurant.)
