Have barely lost any weight lately...yet I've been staying under my calories, and exercising heaps...anyone have any suggestions why??
I'm a 21 year old housewife..I've been on so many diets that I've lost count..I've given this site a number of tries..and I've always struggled. I think it's because I've never had any friends to support / motivate me! So I would really love to make some new friends! :)
So my question is, you know how you're supposed to eat every 2-4 hours to keep your metabolism running? Well, I've been eating so much protein that I'm not even hungry. Should I just eat when I'm hungry and not eat every 2-4 hours? Will I still lose weight?
So, I love to use my elliptical trainer. I want to be able to use it for an hour a day, but my feet go numb after half an hour....so my question is...if I do 2, 30 minute sessions, is that just as good at fat burning as 1, 1 hour long session? I hope that makes sense. :ohwell:
