Yep. So I went to the local body supplement shop and asked them what the heck was going on. Apparently I wasn't eating enough! Haha. I had my calories around 1500 a day, while still exercising 5 days a week, and lost nothing. I was also eating too many protein shakes instead of clean food. (I was drinking 3 a day, and…

Celery. Absolutely hate it. Also doing the Paleo Diet/Gluten Free/Soy Free/Dairy Free/Nut Free..drives me absolutely nuts. You may as well be eating air.

Before I go to the gym, I have a protein shake..and afterwards I just eat dinner..is that what you are talking about?

Been doing a 1 hour bootcamp at the gym...and also walking for an hour or 2..but I could totally be overestimating the exercise component..I wouldn't have any idea if I was burning more or less than what MFP was telling me... It's been an on again off again time period..I'd say since January of this year.

Been sitting around 1200 for about 2 weeks. I've contemplated eating more calories to see if it changes anything??

I was 18 when I got engaged, my husband was 19. We knew each other for 3 years before that, (I met him in high school) but had only gone out for 1 year before we decided to get married. I was 19 when we tied the knot...and it's been 1 year and 2 months since then! lol

Really? I've always been taught to eat smaller meals throughout the day...stops you from binging on something later? There's too many conflicting options out there...it's so hard to tell what's really the right thing to do. :sad:
