Question about Protein..

So my question is, you know how you're supposed to eat every 2-4 hours to keep your metabolism running? Well, I've been eating so much protein that I'm not even hungry. Should I just eat when I'm hungry and not eat every 2-4 hours? Will I still lose weight?

    You don't need to eat every 2-4 hours. It's a myth that it does anything to keep your metabolism running. It's perfectly fine to eat only once or twice a day if you want to, so long as you're calorie deficit isn't gigantic.

    Really? I've always been taught to eat smaller meals throughout the day...stops you from binging on something later? There's too many conflicting options out there...it's so hard to tell what's really the right thing to do. :sad:
