Does anyone know of good ways to fight lower belly fat? I'm not opposed to doing crunches with my cardio, but I always feel like I'm straining my neck and shoulders more than it's doing anything good to my belly. And if crunches are everyone's go-to, should I do them directly after cardio or wait? Thanks!
