So I went home after class and made dinner, while making dinner I snacked on 10 grapes. I had a glass of vanilla soy milk, a turkey burger patty with cooked onions on top (dipped in ketchup), then I had a banana! I feel so gross after eating it! Would that be considered a binge? Advice/ motivation?
I have 9 lbs of fat to lose but want to gain 5 back in muscle... I workout everyday: cardio 4 days a week (10 minute 2-4 elliptical miles) and upper body MWF lower body other days and Sunday is my rest day.
