I'm a new time calorie counter so when I started searching the internet and books for calorie counts for food, I was shocked by how some foods seem so little or at least 'normal' yet have so many calories! Like one of the burgers at Chili's has 1,490 calories in it alone. Or that some Asian noodles have as much as 492…
I've been sick for the past six days, but my sickness has decreased by 75%. Should I work out? I don't feel 100% all back, but I don't feel terrible either. Actually I feel a lot better, just not 100% all the way. What do you think?
Just my luck. Why do things like this happen to me? Why did I lose six pounds in two weeks? Why did I have to become skinnier and more handsome? Whoa is me! How terrible! How horrible!
Then lost 5 pounds in a week! Must have been mostly water retention! :explode:
I walk four days a week, five hours total. Is this enough? My cardio is a brisk walk on the treadmill.
