Yoga classes?
So my league is looking into starting a once a week yoga class for league members only. Has anyone else's league done this? Was it super useful? I'm interested in signing up, but not to sure that it would help me out derby-wise..anyone have any thoughts?

WFTDA Ref certification
So I realize that alot of you are not in WFTDA leagues but I figured that you ladies would be excited for me too! I just passed my written test, so that I can move on to the next step to become a WFTDA Certified Ref! :)

new skates!!
Woo hoo! After wearing the same R3s for 3 years, and having them rebuilt once already, I am finally getting new skates! :) They are being mailed to me, so I should have them on Wednesday or Thursday! So excited!!!!

5/3 Run in May 2012
I just got my info/sign up packet in the mail. I've done the walk the past 2 years. But want to do the 5K run this time. Anyone else planning on participating this year? I could use some training partners if anyone is in the kentwood/wyoming area of GR.

Derby this weekend....
So whose playing or reffing this weekend and where? GRRG has a double header Saturday night and a hangover bout (closed to public) on Sunday. So I get to Ref a bunch, not to mention get to meet some teams that don't travel into MI very often! Excited!!! :)

So I just signed up for a Groupon in my hometome that offers 10 yoga classes for $20! I'm so excited to be able to get back to yoga classes again! I thought that some of you would totally understand my excitment!
