I almost always save half of my calories for a large supper. Would I benefit any by eating a larger breakfast on occasion or a larger lunch and going with my small 300 calorie breakfast meal at Dinner Time? anyone have any comments on this?
I have been watching my calories recently and exercise tends to send me into Low Blood sugar range. Last night I woke up and had a reading of 59. I drank some juice and ate some food. 15 min later I was at 110 6 hrs later before breakfast I was still at 105. This is going to throw my whole day off on my calorie intake.…
