I'm trying to make up a recipe for my morning coffee but it won't let me find the correct sugar? I actually added this ingredient into the database myself but it is still not coming up? Seems quite pointless to use this app if it won't let me be accurate about my intake
Ok does anyone know what units are used to measure sugar, iron levels and the like? And how exactly they figure out how much of each you should be consuming? Coz it's kinda confusing me like whoa
