Looking for post-menopausal women who eat real food...

Portion size v. Calories v. Reality
I ordered a case of mini-moos and bought the pre-portioned Wholly Guacamole and Sabra Hummus because it turns out I HAVE NO SENSE OF PROPORTION! Yikes!!!

Summer cocktail!
A fistful or two of fresh watermelon, a bunch of fresh mint leaves, a jigger of vodka or rum, in a blender for 30 seconds or so, poured over crushed ice, topped with a little sugar-free ginger ale or soda water. You're welcome.
