Alright fellas, I will be eating and drinking a certain amount of food and liquids(water, mostly) for a certain amount of days until i reach my goal. I will be writing on this post a countdown of the days left, everytime i finish my whole diet plan. It might get tough, so some encouragement is welcomed. Alright lets go !
