Does anybody have suggestions for workouts I can do with a minor foot injury? My left heel has something wrong with it but I don't want to just sit around all day
I'm 18 and I weigh 160 lbs. How many calories should I be eating in a day? 1200 just doesn't feel like enough.
I know everyone is different but I have lost 11 lbs. in two weeks I have been eating way more healthy and being more active. I'm wondering if it's normal to have lost that much in that little time.
