exercise when injured?

Does anybody have suggestions for workouts I can do with a minor foot injury? My left heel has something wrong with it but I don't want to just sit around all day

    Swimming, it's one of the few exercises you can do without impact on your legs.

    almost any kind of ab work, upper body, punches are a good way to get some cardio in
