What % of macros worked best for you to get a clear six pack?
Currently doing 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fat (2,800 cals). I will slowly cut down calories but was wondering what other have done to get a six pack without losing too much muscle.

General tips when starting
These are some simple things I did that helped me when I started losing weight. I lost 15 lbs in about 10 weeks just by doing this. Nothing too crazy. 1. 5 small meals a day 2. Hi again!
I am not new to MFP but was out with a broken finger for a while and I am back again with a new account. The previous one got a bit out of control haha. I am currently training for a tough mudder and I like to meet people who also enjoy exercising and eating healthy.
