Can someone please help me with some advice!
Some days ii eat 3 times a day and qet in all my 1400+ calories for the day which is mostly on my off days from work.. then ii work out for about 2hrs burninq about 600 of those calories off.. Other Days ii only eat about 700 calories a day or maybe not even that BUT ii still qo to the qym and work out and burn those 700…
