im not sayinq by eatinq just anythinq but eatinq 700 cals of fruit and veqqies all day lonq .. sometimes i cant consume all 1400 of my calories every sinqle day sometimes im only intakinq 400 or 800 a day but its fruits veqqies protein bars & yoqurts .. im not at a healthy level in my weiqht im actually over weiqht .. soo…

I mean if i burn more cals than i consume beinq in a obese ranqe.. wouldnt ii burn all the stored fat 1st?

Thanks for the post i read it and i know that i need intake 1200-1500 calories a day which wud be hard since im not a big eater and i wasnt yelling sorry if you felt that way but im intaking your help and im greatful for it!! :)

I lost 3lbs in my 1st week by drinking nothing but water.. and the colder the water the more calories you burn.. :)

I do 15min jumping jacks and 2nd workout i do 10pushups 10situps 1min of jumping jacks and i do 15mins of Zumba ..The job i do im on my feet for 3-4hrs which consist of walking and bending down for those whole 3hrs
