Still Workinq Out But Calories Arent The Same PLEASE HELP!

Some days ii eat 3 times a day and qet in all my 1400+ calories for the day which is mostly on my off days from work.. then ii work out for about 2hrs burninq about 600 of those calories off.. Other Days ii only eat about 700 calories a day or maybe not even that BUT ii still qo to the qym and work out and burn those 700 calories plus more..ii eat a banana or oatmeal for breakfast then ii workout for about 2hrs or more then qo to work from 10pm-6am and eat at work around 1am or so 300 calories or less. im unsure if this is qood or bad beinq that im still workinq out or what? Please help

    I have to be honest and say that the question you asked is not clear. Perhaps you can open up your diary so we can see.

    If you are eating 1400 and working off 600 you are netting only 800 calories. this is very low.

    If you are eating 700 and working off 700 this is netting 0 - this is SCARY low.

    you are supposed to eat what MFP recommends plus the extra exercise calories it gives you.

    Eat a bit more.
