Does anyone use a "spoon scale"?
I saw this thing while I was on kijiji looking for a food scale - it's a spoon that measures grams. It sounds way easier than a scale (just scoop the food into your bowl) but maybe there's a hitch? Advice? Reviews?

Non-newbies: when is the hardest part?
I'm a relative newbie and have been doing pretty well with eating under goal (though only slightly <20 cals) for about 2 weeks. I was wondering when did you find it hardest - the fist month, 6 months in, your first plateau. I feel like what I'm doing is possible long term, but maybe it's going to get tougher.

Overwhelming initially?
I'm new, and after probably 5 years of eating whatever, I feel super overwhelmed! I've been doing good (mostly) at staying within goal the last 10 days, and I think I've lost a bit (don't have a scale yet, but pants are looser), but when I look at myself I think "how did I get like this!!!
