How much sugar do you allow yourself per day? I'm trying to figure out how many grams I want to include and don't know what is typical (I eat fruit).
Has anyone used this workout - comments? I bought it from amazon marketplace and got a counterfit copy. I would like to try it primarily for the arm portion of the workout which I heard was awesome. Any suggestions on where to buy used or am I stuck with going to the TA site and buying directly from them?
