MFP calorie goal question
I noticed on my MFP exercise calorie board that for 5 days my goal is 2100 calories. I have it set to burn 1.5 lbs a week so how is burning 2100 calories going to do that? I know you have to burn 3500 to lose a lbs so shouldnt it be set to 4750? my calorie allowance is 1740 for the day.lol Im confused.

Is there anyone that has any ideas on how I can stop craving sugar so much? please dont say more exercise thats not going to help me lol

cant seem to get enough protein in my diet
MFP says I need like 90+ grams of protein. I cant seem to get that much into my diet no matter how hard I try(without going over my calories).
