Counting in Exercise Calories on your Daily Total!
Example: GOAL 1200 FOOD 0 EXERCISE 500 NET -500 REMAINING 1700 To lose weight, do you consume the total 1700 calories or 1200? And if 1200, my REMAINING should read 500 at the END OF THE DAY! I NEED HELP WITH THIS, PLEASE! i HAVE 30 LBS TO LOSE!
