Is there a single organisation or party that takes random food and break it down to its content and then report the findings? I only has as I just read the FDA allow for a 20% +/- accuracy for foods which to me sounds like quite a bit. Your thoughts?
I am eating just under my 1270 recommended calories, not feeling hungry by choosing filling foods and avoiding any high sugar foods (E.g. no more desserts or hot chocolate etc...). Making my own lunches. I have added in an hour power walk (3.0-3.5mph aim) everyday since Monday. However I have been the same weight of 91.4kg…
How many calories would you lose hold a 130 g weight for 90 minutes? And before anyone beats me to the punch, does it count as a exercise? And if so how would I add 'Netflexing' to my exercise diary?
A long post turned to dust :)
