How does everyone plan their weeks lunches and dinners? Do you cook in bulk on the week-ends? I find it really difficult to plan lunches and dinners. My husband works nights and doesn't always like to eat "dinners". Also, he is stuck on the meat, potato, and veggie thing. He's isn't a fan of variety or trying new things.…

Last night I had Fiber Gourmet lite penne pasta with imitation crab meat, calorise miracle whip, 1.5 cups broccoli, garlic pepper, and cajun seasoning. It really was good! Low cal, high in protein, and very high in fiber. BUT, I don't know what to have tonight...
