Does anyone use a heart rate monitor to track calories? If so what do you use. Im looking to get a new one i bough a cheap $50. one from Academy a couple months back and i want to upgrade to something better.

Calorie intake
Does anyone determine the amount of calories they eat by what they burned that day? My BMR is 1541 and i subtract 1000 calories from that just so i always have 1000 calories not used that day. So whatever i burn that day plus my 541 calories i can eat. I normally burn about 600. Today i only did 500 since it was a recovery…

Frustrated
So for about 3 weeks ive been at the same weight i go up and down highest ill get is 180 lowest 176. It never stays the same But i eat around 1500 calories I burn off 1000 before that i was only doing 700 calories a day and eating 1200. Just seems like if i do anything over 2 weeks my body gets use to it and stops losing.…

Need help on my calories that i eat and burn
So im suppose to eat 1200 calories a day. Why would i want to eat back the calories that i burned off? So yesterday i burned 546 calories and its told me to eat 1746 calories for that day.
