I've been losing weight and inches yes! But having difficulty at times realizing & accepting my "newer" lower size. Sometimes I am shocked or numb other times I'm happy in disbelief. I have come to accept the fact that I like FAT! Walnuts, pistachios, cheese, butter etc.... I like to eat it, but I don't like wearing it! Goodness, what a task to find a balance!!! HMMMM>>>>what to do!!!!! o:)
