I have come to accept the fact that I like FAT! Walnuts, pistachios, cheese, butter etc.... I like to eat it, but I don't like wearing it! Goodness, what a task to find a balance!!! HMMMM>>>>what to do!!!!!

Fit all the fat you want to within your calorie allowance, and boom... happy times eating fat!0

There is nothing wrong with eating fat, in moderation.0

Nothing wrong with fat. Just be careful with portion size since high fat foods are high in calories. I find that a lot of high fat foods also can be satisfying in small amounts, though. I used to way overdo the cheese, for example, but just a bit of really good cheese can also be quite satisfying.0

Thank you all! I never thought that I would be able to reduce my fat intake! I wrote this post early when I started MFP. I have done amazingly well with learning & applying! WOW!!!
