Total flatline plateau
Been on MediFast for about six months, and I am eight measly pounds away from my goal and I have stopped losing weight. I plan on working some strength training in and upping my cardio workouts, but since my eating habits are rather established, I wanted to know if anyone has any advice. Thanks in advance!

I am done. I have been watching my diet and exercising since January. I want to throw in the towel. I don't want to cook, count calories, plan my day around working out, or play the mental games of staying motivated. What do you do when you feel this way?

Yes, I must admit it; I am a stress eater. Whenever my kids are driving me nuts, or I have to call the IRS, or even when I have a lot of things to get done in a day I eat.
