New to p90x!
2 years ago I was 194 lbs. and worked out 5 days a week (45min weights, 40 min cardio) for a few months and got down to 162 lbs. Fast forward to today, and I'm married with a newborn, weighing in at 190 lbs. The gym is harder to come by, so it's p90x for me and the Mrs. We're on day 2 and must admit it's kinda tough.…
